Unequivocal lover of deep learning & computer vision!
As a deep learning engineer with a strong interest in computer vision, I possess a comprehensive understanding of deep learning concepts, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Transformers and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). My expertise in computer vision techniques, including image classification, object detection, and image segmentation, text-to-image generation, multimodal transformers, etc. With hands-on experience working with computer vision datasets, such as CheXpert & Hateful memes, I have a proven ability to implement and experiment with state-of-the-art computer vision models.
My knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, cloud computing platforms, linux, git and latex make me a well-rounded deep learning engineer. I have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and results to a non-technical audience. I am committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of computer vision and deep learning.
I have strong foundations in deep learning covering most of the mathematical aspects involved in the process. I have capacity of learning in quick time and a habit of reading and understanding advanced materials.
Skilled in utilizing Python for data preprocessing,
model deployment, and OOP, with the ability to write clean and efficient code for solving complex problems.
Proficient in Java, including object-oriented programming & multithreading, with a track record of delivering high-quality and maintainable code.
Skilled in using PyTorch for developing and training deep learning models, with hands-on experience in building and deploying CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
Experienced in using TensorFlow for developing and training deep learning models, with a strong understanding of TensorFlow's architecture and its various high-level APIs.
Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration, with experience in branching, merging, and working in a multi-user development environment.
Experienced in working with tools such as DVC for data versioning and pipelining, Weights and Biases for experiment tracking, and Hydra.cc for managing configs.
Hi, my name is Nityanand and I work remotely as a computer vision intern. I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Guwahati.
Computer Science has always fascinated me, and as I further explored the field more, I developed and unequivocal love for machine learning and its applications. I aim to pursue masters in AI/ML/DS.
Currently I am a research intern at University of Surrey under Dr Anjan Dutta, working in constrained deep generative models and a CV and MLOps intern at CogXR Labs where I have mastered skills for production such as ML pipelining, data versioning & much more.
Previously, I have been a research intern at IIIT Guwahati under Dr Ferdous A Barbhuiya, where I worked on fine-tuning transformers for hateful meme detection on social media.
I have also done a project: Implementing service caching algorithms(Java) under Dr Radhika Sukapuram at IIIT Guwahati.
